As a Natural Health Educator, I focus on getting to the root cause of dis-ease and imbalance in the body. With a background in nursing, I am familiar with a variety of health conditions and imbalances, and I combine that with my natural health training to help bring your body back into its natural rhythm.

 

Your journey begins with a 30 minute intake phone call to fully assess your concerns, health history, lifestyle, and any supplements/medications you are taking.

Next, you will have an initial consultation (1 hour) where I will use muscle response testing to determine where the imbalances may be as well as your overall state of wellbeing, Using the information from your intake and the assessment, an individualized health protocol will be created. Education and resources are provided at every step of the way.

 

Potential recommendations may include any combination of the following: supplements, dietary changes, essential oils, flower remedies, homeopathics, etc.

 

Follow-up appointments (30-60 mins) are recommended to help guide you on your journey, monitor progress, and to adjust the plan as needed.

Consultations are preferred in person, but can be done virtually as well.

Bodywork is used for many different health benefits! As Natural Health Educators, we use it to assess for any abnormalities - such as inflammation, tension, tight muscles - and to provide therapeutic purposes. Bodywork (also known as massage) can be used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, improve lymphatic drainage, relieve muscle tension, and more!

 

A bodywork session consists of an interview to assess needs/issue, followed by either a limited or full body massage, depending on session length.

Add an essential oil to your session for an extra aromatherapy or topical therapeutic purpose!

 

*Please be prepared to undress down to underwear - you will be draped at all times for privacy and modesty. You may choose to stay clothed for personal, but be aware it may limit what can be done during your session (i.e. can't apply deep pressure, limit back work, etc.).*

Yoni steaming is an ancient practice performed in many cultures to promote overall vaginal health by aiding the body's natural cleansing ability with heat & organic herbs. A 30 minute session is a standard session for relaxation and great for stimulating your organ systems, while a 60 minute session is more intense, and involves deeper healing due to the increased attention paid to each organ point.

At a Flower Essence consult, I will address your top 3 concerns in regards to the above mentioned areas. You will then leave with a personalized blend and instructions to help you balance those areas. This consultation is a limited assessment but is great for those who want something quick and simple. I always recommend a full Natural Health Consultation to address the whole person.
